Baking skill training unit

This is a project which has been started to train young adults with spectrum in baking and confectionary skills. The aim of this project is to train them with the necessary theoretical, practical and social etiquettes with respect to baking and confectionary in a structured way so that training they shall be either employed in hotels/restaurants.

which has a bakery. Else the parents of the trainees can form a small group among themselves and capitalize on the skill sets acquired by their children in starting a bakery unit. There are so far 13 young adults being trained in this program.
